Through leadership, Phi Sigma Sigma's members are able to develop individually while advancing the organization as a whole.  Phi Sigs are leaders both within the chapter, through directorships and Vice President positions, but also on campus, through clubs, sports and other activities.  Each Phi Sig is involved in some way on our campus and at Stevens’s 2010 Convocation Greek Awards, Delta Zeta received an award for Achievement in Campus Involvement for having more than 60% of our members involved in an on-campus activity outside of Greek Life.

  Phi Sigma Sigma membership is also a vital networking tool. Our members are granted the privilege of reaching outside our chapter to Phi Sigma Sigma’s vast alumni network to gain access to internships, find a new career connection, or simply to ask for advice.
